Irudini Umali Thilakarathna, popularly known as Umali Thilakarathna or Umali Thilakaratne, is a talented Sri Lankan actress, model, and dancer born in Colombo on March 16, 1987. She received her education at Musaeus College and went on to study cinema and acting at Nihon University College of Art. Umali has made a name for herself in the Sri Lankan entertainment industry, with notable performances in movies, teledramas, and TV series such as “Bohimiyanuwa,” “Sakarma,” “Mahapolowa,” “Pithru,” “Sansararanya Asabada,” and “Race.” She has won several awards for her outstanding work, including the Best Actress award at the Sumathi and Raigam Tele’es Awards.
