Tharuka Mirissage (Born 28 November, තාරුක මිරිස්සගේ) is a Sri Lankan actress, model, dancer and Teacher. She was born in Weeraketiya, a small town in Hambantota District, Southern Province in southern Sri Lanka, about 18 kilometers by road north of Tangalle. It is known for being the birthplace of Mahinda Rajapaksa, former Sri Lankan President. She is currently living in Tangalle, Sri Lanka. She completes her school-level education at H/Rajapaksha central college, Weeraketiya. and completes her higher education at the University of the Visual & Performing Arts, Sri Lanka. Her Nickname is Choko Girl.
