Shamita Shetty (Born on 2 February 1979) is an Indian Bollywood actress and Interior designer. She made her Hindi film debut with the Mohabbatein in 2000. Her portrayal of Ishika earned her the IIFA Award for Star Debut of the Year. She was a contestant in the reality show Bigg Boss 3 in 2009. She later participated in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8 in 2015 and Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 9 in 2019 and became one of the finalists. In 2021, she participated in Bigg Boss OTT and Bigg Boss 15.
